Every day we make sure that we grow our business. We focus on ensuring not only the best possible availability of financially attractive products but also the widest possible geographical coverage.

We are gaining momentum, only seven years ago we had 1,000 stores – today we can boast of  over 3,600 stores in 18 European countries.

Our stores are located in shopping centers or retail parks; they can also be situated close to major traffic routes, with access to residential areas, in visible sites and easily accessible from main roads.

In 2020 and 2021, we signed over 750 lease agreements, and we maintain an upward trend in this area with 400 agreements in 2022 and over 630 in 2023.

Pepco new look

In 2022, we refreshed all of our stores in Wrocław, one of the biggest cities in Poland. Based on the project assessment, now we are introducing similar changes to other locations. In 2023 we did more than 900 New Look refits in our stores.

Pepco Plus as a new store concept with FMCG assortment

In 2022, Pepco successfully launched a new store concept in Spain (so called Pepco Plus) and further develops it in the Iberian markets. It combines the best of Pepco (Clothing & GM) with the best of Dealz (FMCG) under one roof, to improve our overall offer to the customers. Customers will find there an expanded assortment, which, apart from the regular offer of clothing and household items, will also include a wide selection of FMCG products, food and chemical products, such as cosmetics, cleaning products, personal care products, snacks, drinks, sweets and pet categories. Well-known brands like Coca Cola, Kinder, Rolo, Reese´s, Toblerone, Pantene, Elvive, Oral B, Colgate, Fairy, Pringles are part of our ‘Pepco Plus’ customer proposal. All products from each category are combined with incredibly low prices. Pepco store in this concept is larger, and can range from 650 – 900 m2

As for the stores interior design, the outlet must be as easy to navigate as possible to improve the shopping experience and enhance the relationship with the customers. As a result, they will be more likely to keep coming back. For our customers’ convenience, we are launching self-service checkouts in Pepco stores.

We have been awarded many prizes in national competitions for the quality of service; our Customer Satisfaction Index score is 89 points*.

*Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) is based on Shopper Study 2023 conducted by 4P Research Mix. CSI is an analytical tool that measures how satisfied customers are with products or services.

You have commercial premises with approximately 500 – 700 m2 of gross floor area on one level, in a place with commercial potential, in a city with not less than 5,000 inhabitants

You want to invest in the construction of your property in a city with not less than 5,000 inhabitants in an area with good commercial potential and/or on
a busy, often frequented route
