We employ over 30,000 people across 18 different countries. The vast majority (nearly 90%) work in stores, worth the rest working in our distribution centers and offices throughout Europe. Our Customer Support Center is in Poznań, where we make decisions impacting the entire organization!

We are happy with the work of our long-term employees – every fourth Pepco employee has 5 years or more of work experience.
